Terms and conditions
Art.1 The use of the website allows the customer to reserve one or more articles for the events offered on the website and to receive them, subject to the availability of articles and the limitations set by the organization.
Art.2 The website authorizes the customer to reserve one or more seats until the date set by the organization or until the available quantity is exhausted. Except for special conditions mentioned on the order form, the prices given are considered fixed and non-revisable.
Art.3 Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the reservation of places implies acceptance of these general terms and conditions by the customer.
Art.4 The administrator of the website is committed to preventing all possible forms of distraction, deception and fraud, as well as any discrimination in relation to the access and use of the website. Taking this into account, the organisation and the administrator decline any responsibility if the customer does not pay the deposit, or if the customer provides false information when reserving one or more places.
Art.5 In all cases, the customer is responsible for making the payment and for the associated data. A package is reserved at the moment of issue of an order form.
Art.6 The price mentioned on the website in the final statement includes all levies and taxes. The customer must pay this to the organization by means of the options offered during the ordering process, and at the latest within 8 (eight) days following the delivery of the ticket(s). When this payment is made by a direct payment method (examples are VISA, MASTERCARD, ...) the customer authorizes the manager or his Partner(s) to make this payment and to transfer it to the manager or the organization. If the invoice is not paid on the due date, a fixed compensation of 10% of the total sum of the order shall be due, ipso jure and without notice of default, with a minimum of €50, to be increased by the interest rate applicable in the event of late payment in commercial transactions.
Art.7 Within 8 working days following receipt of payment at the latest, the customer will receive the tickets via a link sent via email. The customer is expected to print these tickets and keep them with him. Upon request, he must present them at the event. The reservation is only final after payment of the invoice. Flanders Classics NV has the right to cancel an order if the invoice has not been paid within the indicated payment term or if the ordered categories of the package(s) are sold out.
Art 8. Place tickets will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Art.9 By reserving places via the website and the data which the customer sends to the manager and the organisation in the process, these may be used by the manager or the organisation for the sole purpose of informing the customer of new events. The customer may at any time waive this benefit upon simple request and/or review his/her data and correct it if desired.
Art.10 Should any of the General Terms and Conditions prove to be null and void or partially unenforceable, the remaining General Terms and Conditions shall not be affected thereby and shall retain their full effect minus the disputed clauses to the extent possible.
Art.11 Any complaints must be sent by registered mail within 3 (three) days following the visit to the website to the address of the organization mentioned in Art. 13 and must contain sufficient motivation.
Art.12 In the event of a dispute, only the courts of Brussels are competent to take cognizance of the disputes relating to the order(s) and only Belgian law is applicable.
Art. 13 Each e-ticket has a unique bar- or QR-code, and gives access for only one person per event. Only the person who is the first to use his ticket will be admitted to the
event. The purchaser is responsible for the use of the e-ticket.
Never buy a ticket from a stranger, you have no guarantee of its validity.
Art. 14 The purchaser must always be able to present a valid identity document for inspection purposes. This e-ticket is only valid for the venue, event, date and time mentioned on the ticket.
Art. 15 The organization declines all responsibility in case of loss, theft or possible misuse of this ticket.
