1. TICKETS

Tickets can be purchased online both leading up to the event and on the day of the event. On the day of the event, we also give visitors the chance to purchase tickets at the ticket counter (offline). It is not possible to exchange or cancel a ticket.

We ask you to enter the name of the ticket buyer for each purchase. You can purchase tickets for yourself as well as for your friends. You can assign each ticket to a person, but this is not mandatory. You can change this information later. This can be done via the link "View / change order online" that you receive with the confirmation of your tickets.

You do not have to print your ticket. Help the environment and show your ticket via your smartphone. At the entrance of the site we ask you to turn up the brightness of your smartphone to make scanning easier.

If a ticket is cancelled by the organiser, he will decide to give the ticket buyer the choice to transfer the ticket to the next year's edition or request a refund. Please note that there is no refund of service and administration costs.


2. COVID-19

All cyclo-cross races within the UCI Cyclo-cross World Cup will only be organised under the applicable covid measures of the country in which the race takes place.
